Meditation and mindfulness are often elusive states to achieve – seen to be only for the experienced practitioner or dedicated spiritual traveller. Nothing could be further from the truth. As a qualified meditation teacher, I work with clients to help them find approaches that work for them, starting with easy-to-follow experiences, and building up a repertoire of techniques over time.
