As a sole trader operating primarily from a home office. Therefore, I have structured my business practices to minimise environmental impact. These are the key measures for my responsible environmental management:
- Low-impact operations: I deliver the majority of services online, reducing travel, energy use, and resource consumption.
- Responsible travel: I will minimise my trips and use a fuel-efficient SUV. I will combine appointments where possible to contribute to more responsible environmental management.
- Sustainable resource use: Workshop materials will be provided electronically by default. However, where printed handouts are necessary, I will use paper made from responsibly sourced fibre. I will choose products from suppliers that practice good environmental management.
- Waste management: I minimise waste by reducing printing and reusing office materials. I also process appropriate paper waste via a home worm farm. Recycling systems are in place for any other materials.
- Energy and technology efficiency: I utilise energy-efficient equipment in my home office and conduct most communications via digital platforms.
As a result of following responsible environmental management practices, I ensure that my services are delivered with a strong focus on the environment. I commit to continuous improvement in minimising my impact on the environment.
