Facilitated Discussions

Sometimes people need support to have a conversation where formal mediation is not appropriate. In these situations, I can facilitate discussions (often using many of the formal mediation processes) in a more informal manner. One of the key differences in using this approach is that may be operating with different expectations regarding confidentiality than would apply in a formal mediated setting. For example, there may be a requirement to report back to or engage with leaders or human resources in an organisation based on the circumstances. We will work together to clearly define the boundaries before commencing, so there are no surprises.
