SoulCollage® is a self exploration process using images to make collage cards so you can discover and express yourself with clarity.
You will be guided through a process to make your own cards using a variety of techniques. SoulCollage® is driven by imagery, and uses a process to then put words to these images so you can interpret what they mean for you.
It is not art therapy as such, but uses art as therapy for the participant. You will be guided to learn how you can become more self-aware as a result of following a process of making cards and interpreting what they mean. Every way is the right way in SoulCollage®, which makes it so easy to use and so exciting. I have learned a great deal about myself and look forward to sharing this modality with others.

I carry no attachment or dependence upon what has been left behind or where I have come from. I do not have to be in my natural surroundings in order to feel at home. I am neither threatened nor supported by my surroundings. I am supported by my power within. 2. What do you have to give me? My gift to you is the gift of power. I have come to tell you that you have the supreme power within you and that you can call on it to give you strength. When you are in your power, there is nothing that can unsettle you. 3. What do you want from me? I want you to exercise your power in gentle grace, with quiet confidence. 4. Is there anything else you want to say to me today? Even though I bring you great power, understand that this power is only ever used equally for all, rather than to give you a superior position. 5. How will I remember? I will come into view when opportunities/challenges present themselves where you can call on your inner power. 6.
